Knights take the town

The Medieval Meet Weekend is a celebration of the history of Barnard Castle and Richard III.

The event saw a medieval village in the castle, courtesy of the talented re-enactors of the York City Levy; a display of four equestrians from Historic Equitation and their horses led by Dominic Sewell, an appearance by Ricardian Author Alex Marchant, and so much more from the Northern Dales Richard III Group
